This first of many Pilonidal Conferences is an exciting event. The conference program is put together in good faith - after the speakers have agreed in writing to present. The conference venue is organized and paid for in advance. The Society will not be able to provide a conference registration refund should any program change at short notice. Also, delegate and speaker cancellations 2 - 4 weeks from the conference will incur 50% administrative fee plus any processing fees charged by the bank / financial institution. Cancellations greater than 4 weeks will incur 25% administrative fee plus any processing fees charged by the bank / financial institution. Cancellations within 2 weeks will not be refunded. The Society will not be responsible for any additional costs delegates and speakers may incur due to transport, accommodation, meals, penalties/fines or losses.
